I have been thinking about setting up a blog for a while now....I picture it as a way to tell my kids a bit about their lives - past, present and future; and ideally as a way of letting them know how very special they are and how hard we worked to make sure we could all be together - more of that later....I have tried keeping a journal before without success but since I spend HOURS on the computer each day, I am thinking perhaps this is something I will keep up with....time will tell.
I am the truly blessed mother to 3 wonderful, very different kids; Olivia (4/17/2005), Nevaeh (12/18/2007) and Jackson, aka, Bubber (10/20/2010). Each came to join our family in, what I consider to be, an amazing way - truly a path presented to us by God and with hindsight His hand guiding us is evident every step of the way.
Right now, we are living a contended life in Brighton, MI - a town with a cozy hometown feel and all the amenities of a larger city. We moved here 5/1/2010 and have enjoyed learning about the town and all that it offers. Life at present is easy with the usual complaints of not enough or money but overall we really have nothing to complain about. Olivia is entering 2nd grade in a few days. Nevaeh will be in the 4-year-old-preschool class next week too. Jackson and I will have some serious bonding time over the next few months!!
